Will be testing this out before I upgrade the other blogs. Want to be sure it works as it had me log in then I got “are you sure” then the login page again minus my password. Weird.

Was unable to unzip the zip file, not sure why. Some of the zips are like that now. Frustrating. But the automatic upgrade worked flawlessly. Just had to fix functions.php to include the links to the custom smilies.

Checked my FTP and noticed I hadn’t updated some files so I reuploaded everything and it worked. Stuff loaded. Everything else should work now. I had uploaded 2.7 correctly to other sites, why they worked. My error.

Found a list of compatible themes and going thru it to find ones I like. Have switched to another one that is compatible for the moment. Not all the links work but this one has a cool 404 file not found page.
